Refund Policy
Please open and inspect your tubers as soon as they arrive. If you notice any issues, contact us at cultivategardencompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can best assist you. After 7 days, responsibility for the tubers transfers to the buyer.
Refunds are not offered for issues caused by weather, rot after planting, viruses, pests, poor growing conditions, negligence, or overall plant performance.
Virus Policy
We proactively remove any suspicious plants during the growing season, sanitize tools between cutting plants and clumps. Even with these precautions, plant viruses can occur and are not entirely preventable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Shipping Information
At this time, we ship within the contiguous 28 United States only and cannot combine shipping unless specifically stated.
Tubers will ship in April, once freezing temperatures have passed in your area. We do not offer early shipping.
For local customers, we will plan 2 pick-up days if you prefer to pickup in person. We are located in Bloomington, MN and will send more information in the spring.
Substitutions/Replacements
We do not offer substitutions. If a variety becomes unavailable due to unforeseen storage issues prior to shipping, you will be refunded for the affected tuber(s).
Replacement tubers are not available. If an issue qualifies for a refund, the full purchase price will be refunded.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of purchase. All approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customer Conduct
We are committed to providing kind, respectful customer service and ask the same in return. Messages containing threats, harassment, or abusive language may result in refusal of future service.
Trademarked Varieties
Some varieties we offer are KA’s® trademarked and sold under a grower license, with a portion of each sale paid to the hybridizer.
