Return & Refund Policy


At Cultivate Garden Company, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flower arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order—such as flowers arriving damaged or not matching your confirmed order—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order number. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If I am unable to pickup on my scheduled pickup date, I will arrange for a friend or family member to pick it up on my behalf. Any bouquets not picked up will be donated in my name. Please note: Bouquets will not be refunded, replaced, or rescheduled if missed.
