By signing up for and purchasing this item, I acknowledge that I am reserving a limited, perishable product. I agree to pick up my bouquet on the scheduled date provided. If I am unable to pickup, I will arrange for a friend or family member to pick it up on my behalf. Any bouquets not picked up will be donated in my name. Please note: Bouquets will not be refunded, replaced, or rescheduled if missed.
I understand that seasonal weather conditions may affect the timing of flower availability. I will be notified via email or text if something has changed with the timing of my order. In the event that unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather or other acts of God—impact the flower crop, Cultivate Garden Co. will provide comparable substitutions or appropriate reimbursements at their discretion.
